What tutors get
Practical reasons to stay on-platform: reliable referrals, paid trials, faster dispute support, performance records, and predictable payout statements.
What we ask of tutors
True, complete, and current information and documents for verification — including credentials, licenses, and references as requested.
Clear subjects and grade levels you can teach, with an introduction, qualifications, and languages.
For online sessions: a reliable device, connection, and a quiet teaching space. Online tutors use approved accounts and avoid collecting unnecessary student data.
For face-to-face sessions: your general service area and travel fee (Zone A is included in the displayed price; farther zones are disclosed before payment).
Arrive or log in on time, record attendance, and submit a concise session report. Report cancellations at least 24 hours ahead when possible.
Follow the child-safety and code-of-conduct standards — sessions only at approved locations, respectful conduct, and no direct payment collection.
How tutor payouts work
- 1
A booking offer shows your exact payout, travel allowance, schedule, and payout timing before you accept.
- 2
The parent pays Tutor on Wheels — you never collect payments directly.
- 3
After the session, submit your attendance and session report.
- 4
Once the parent confirms (or the review window passes), your payout is released and recorded in your earnings with a statement.
