We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email, contact details, and payment method when you register, book a session, or contact us. We also collect payment confirmation data from PayMongo — we do not store card details.

- To match parents and tutors and enable session bookings.
- To process payments securely via PayMongo.
- To send essential notifications (booking confirmations, receipts).
- To respond to support requests.
Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- Tutors (limited): name and contact info of parents they've matched with.
- Payment processors: PayMongo for transaction processing.
- Legal authorities: when required by law.
Communication Policy
We do not provide in-app chat. Tutor-parent communication happens on external platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or email) you choose. We do not store these external conversations.
Data Storage
Your data is stored in Singapore (Supabase region) under strict access controls. We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

You have the right to:

- Opt out of any non-essential communications.
Children's Privacy
We collect limited information on child learners (name, age, grade) for the purpose of tutor matching only. We do not collect higher-risk data on minors without parental consent.
