We use information to match and deliver tutoring, verify tutors, manage bookings, payments, payouts, receipts, reports, support, safety, complaints, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement. Optional marketing is used only where consent or another lawful basis applies.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared only as necessary with:

• Matched parents and tutors (limited to what each needs).
• Authorized staff and administrators.
• Payment providers and hosting/communications vendors.
• Professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, and emergency responders when required.

4. Children's Data

A parent or guardian must provide or authorize information about a minor. We limit child data to what is reasonably necessary, restrict public display, and seek separate permission for public photos, videos, names, testimonials, or promotional use.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for services, records, disputes, safety, tax, and legal obligations. Safeguards include role-based access, strong authentication, encrypted transmission, backups, logs, confidentiality commitments, and incident response.
