Your tutor's travel zone determines the face-to-face price. Zone fees are always disclosed before you pay — never hidden.

| Zone B | Moderate additional commute | Add ₱50–₱100 per visit — shown before payment |
| Zone C | Long or difficult commute | Custom transport fee — parent approval required |

Every face-to-face session follows our Child Safety & Code of Conduct standards.
- Sessions happen only at approved locations
- A responsible adult knows the session is happening and stays reasonably accessible
- Tutors never provide unauthorized transport or private meetings
- Any safety concern can be reported to Tutor on Wheels and appropriate authorities
