How Tutor on Wheels works

We handle the matching, scheduling, payment, support, and records — so you can focus on learning.

1. Choose a tutor or request a match

Browse verified tutor profiles and pick a tutor who fits your child's subject, grade level, and mode — or tell us what you need and we'll recommend a match.

2. Pick a schedule, service, and package

Choose online or face-to-face sessions, pick a date and time, and select a trial, regular, or weekly/monthly package. Any disclosed travel fee is added and shown before payment.

3. Pay through Tutor on Wheels

You pay Tutor on Wheels — never the tutor directly. During the current phase, an admin verifies GCash or bank payment. A booking becomes confirmed only after payment is verified and the tutor accepts.

4. Attend the session

The tutor runs the session (online via video link, or face-to-face at the approved location) and submits a short session report afterward.

5. Review and confirm

You can confirm completion or raise a concern within the review window. Attendance, notes, goals, and reports stay recorded in the platform.

6. Payout is released

After review, the tutor's payout is released with a downloadable payout statement. The parent-facing price never shows the tutor's payout.
