Are rates negotiable?

Tutors set their own rates based on level, subject, and experience. Rates shown are starting, not maximum — some tutors accept less for group sessions or ongoing packages.

When do you charge the payment fee?

On session completion. Trial sessions are free. Cancel up to 4 hours before a session — full refund.

What payment methods do you support?

GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, and credit / debit cards via PayMongo. All transactions are secured and PCI-DSS compliant.

Do you offer package deals?

Some tutors offer multi-session packages (e.g., 10-session bundle). You'll see this option before booking.
