Travel zones for face-to-face sessions

Your all-inclusive price depends on the tutor's travel zone. Zone fees are always shown before payment — never hidden.

Online sessions always travel-fee free. Custom Zone C fees require parent approval before booking.

Pricing FAQ

Are rates negotiable?

Rates shown are starting figures for each level. Tutors set their own rates based on level, subject, and experience — some accept less for group sessions or ongoing packages. Final tutor payouts are never shown on parent-facing pages.

When are payments processed?

Bookings become confirmed after payment is verified and the tutor accepts. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for what happens if you cancel or if the tutor cancels.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Requests made at least 24 hours before a session may receive one reschedule credit, subject to tutor availability and package rules. Late cancellations and no-shows are normally charged. If the tutor cancels, we arrange a reschedule, replacement, credit, or refund.

What payment methods do you support?

GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, and credit / debit cards via PayMongo. All transactions are secured and PCI-DSS compliant.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes — weekly and monthly prepaid plans add a discount or an added benefit, and Learning Partner Premium offers a custom monthly quotation with priority support.
