MAPEH (Music, Arts, PE, Health) is one of the subjects where parents hesitate to help. Here's the truth: you don't need to be an expert — kids mostly need encouragement and structure.

A few things that help: - Set a weekend creative block (1 hour of drawing, music, or both) - Walk with your child 15–20 min, three times a week - Aim for 9 hours of sleep at minimum - Talk about feelings during meals

You don't need to teach MAPEH. You need to scaffold the rest of their day so MAPEH learning happens.
